General Policy
- Non-Returnable Items: All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been received.
- Exceptions: Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following circumstances:

[3] The item sustained damage during transportation.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

[5] Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, including any accessories, inserts, or packaging.
[6] Courier Charges: The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of courier fees for both delivery and return.
Situations Where Returns & Exchanges May Be Refused
- We reserve the right to decline requests for returns or exchanges in the following cases:
